How to Reserve Your Session

Step 1: Purchase Your Tickets

First, make sure to purchase your tickets to the farm. There’s no point in reserving a photo session if you don't have access to the farm.

Step 2: Book Your Photography Session

Use the form below to book your photography session. Please note that online reservations will be available 12- 24 hours in advance as I keep a watchful eye on the forecast.

Availability

Photography availability is weather dependent, which is why online reservations will only open 12-24 hours in advance. Be sure to check here daily for updated hours. Reservations are highly recommended. Walk-in bookings may be available based on current availability.

 

Anticipated Hours

The following times will be updated daily. Photography booking will only be available once the date has been confirmed the day before.

  • Friday, May 9: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM -CONFIRMED AND OPEN FOR BOOKING

  • Saturday, May 10: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM -CONFIRMED AND OPEN FOR BOOKING

  • Sunday, May 11: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM- CONFIRMED AND OPEN FOR BOOKING

Welcome to Photography in the Tulips at TASC 2025 Tulip Festival!!

Here's a few tips to make the most of your session!

  • You can find Sarah set up to the right of the showcase garden upon entry. 
  • Plan to arrive to the photography area at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to check in. 
  • Due to the high volume of appointments, session times are approximate and we will do our very best to stay on schedule for you. 
  • Have your confirmation email ready when checking in.
  • Try to pick your tulips before your appointment so that you can use them as props.
  • Have little ones with you? Let's not put too much pressure on them. Focus on enjoying the moment with them. 
  • Digital files will be delivered to you via email within 1 week. Check your junk folder before emailing if they do not arrive within that time. 
  • Please be patient and kind if we're busy. I promise we're doing our very best for you.
