How to Reserve Your Session

Step 1: Purchase Your Tickets

First, make sure to purchase your tickets to the farm. There’s no point in reserving a photo session if you don't have access to the farm.

Step 2: Book Your Photography Session

Use the form below to book your photography session.

  • Saturday, August 23: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

  • Saturday, August 30: 10AM - 12:00PM

  • Sunday, August 31: 3:00PM - 6:00PM

  • Monday, September 1: 3:00PM - 6:00PM

Welcome to Photography in the Flower Fields at TASC 2025 Flower Festival!!

Here's a few tips to make the most of your session!

  • Plan to arrive at TASC at least 30 minutes prior to your photography time. The mini sessions will be set up in the sunflower field (as long as they are in bloom) which is at the very far end of the farm. Approximately a 1 km walk from the parking lot. It is important to be on time for your session time. 
  • The sunflowers are located to the far back left of the entrance.
  • Due to the high volume of appointments, session times are approximate and we will do our very best to stay on schedule for you. 
  • Have your confirmation email ready when checking in.
  • Have little ones with you? Let's not put too much pressure on them. Focus on enjoying the moment with them. 
  • Digital files will be delivered to you via email within 1 week. Check your junk folder before emailing if they do not arrive within that time. 
  • Please be patient and kind if we're busy. I promise we're doing our very best for you.
